GAI has launched a complete new series of labelling and capsuling machines at the SIMEI 2003! The 2nd of 4 linear models is the 6020 with capsule dispensing and up to 3 label stations with output 2.000 bph

GAI 6061

The NEW GAI 6061 linear self-adhesive and capsuling machine - capable of up to 4.000 bph production. A high capacity capsule dispenser, single thermal shrinking head, 6 six head capsule spinner as well as a vacumm belt labelling station is all assembled on one compact monobloc type machine. PLC control and all stainless steel construction makes this machine the King of linear labelling machines.

GAI Bench Top Labeller

The GAI 600 series bench top labeller is idealy suited for smaller productions when labelling can take place at 500 bph. Available with single reel (with front and back label on 1 roll), 2 reels (for labels on separate rolls and overlabelling) as well as optional Square bottle labelling, as in olive oil bottles.

The standard versions are for cylindrical bottles.
