Vaslin-Bucher Delta E1/E2/E4/E6/E8 Destemmer/Crushers
Capacity 5 Tonnes to 90 Tonnes per hour. Large in-feed hopper, rotating cage followed by crushing through adjustable rollers. When there is no need for crushing the crusher unit can be shifted to one side. The CIP (Clean in Place) system (standard on the E4, E6 and E8) allows for easy and complete cleaning of the unit by the use of 2 rotating water cannons.
Options include Draining Hopper and interchangeable cages for various berry sizes. Matched exactly with VASLIN-BUCHER Delta PM range of mono type Pumps.

Vaslin-Bucher “XPert” Pneumatic Press
Capacity from 100HL to 450HL. 6 dynamic pressing programs including a free run off-juice period.
Optional XP ORTAL Processing. An automatic process which assures a total control of the pressing cycle. A flowmeter delivers continuously the juice flow parameters to the control system. This top of the range membrane type tank press has the option of 1 or 2 large sliding doors.

Delta E1 Destemmer
All new Delta E1 Destemmer and crusher designed for selective whole bunch processing. The cage is fixed and the beater shaft/ cage distance is adjustable. The beater shaft speed is controlled by an electronic inverter. A mus for quality red grape processing!

Vaslin-Bucher Models XPF 15 / 22 / 30 / 40 Pneumatic Presses
Capacity from 15HL to 40HL. The XPF is designed to process whole, crushed and/or destemmed grapes as well as fermented grape must. The Press holds up to 6 modifiable pressing programs, is fitted with a food grade polyurethane membrane and equipped with a compressor and a turbine for high-speed displacement of the membrane. The fully enclosed (tank) press with 2 large sliding doors and internal drainage channels is equipped with a built-in water blaster. The drainage ports can be closed for fruit skin contact or enzyme action.
