OPTIPRESS is Viniquip's own proprietary and registered conversion of the Vaslin-Bucher range of presses to suit the pressing of various fruits and vegetable, such as apple, kiwi, black currant, blueberries, pineapple, carrots, etc.
Now available with complete Nitrogen blanketing system to completely eliminate any oxydation during the pressing cycle - thereby preserving flavour, colour, shelf-life andnatural goodness.

PILLAN Water Press
Capacity 20lt. 40lt. 80lt. 160lt. A simple new pressing system that works on water pressure. The PILLAN Water Press enables the user to get a very high yield in the extraction of juice from apples, grapes and fruit in general. During pressing the pressure develops uniformly towards the outer cage throughout its whole length. This press is entirely made from stainless steel and aluminium.

Capacity: Fresh picked apples approx. 8-10T/hr 82-84% yield by weight, Enzymed apple mash 11-13T/hr yield 82-84% by weight. The BUCHER Fruit Press provides maximum yields even with stored fruit and low suspended solids. Inert gas blanketing is possible due to the Press being a totally enclosed system. A remote free-standing control unit with text display allows all process sequences to be individually programmed to suit the needs of the fruit being pressed. BUCHER-GUYER Grinding Mill Model CENTRAL 4,5 and 6
Capacity up to 36 T/hr. Grinding the fruit with a VASLIN-BUCHER grinding mill produces an optimum mash. The advantage: high juice yield with absolute minimum solids content. Different grinding knives can be used depending on the type and quality of the fruit. The mash can be conveyed to either a mash storage tank or directly to the press using a matched BUCHER Mohno pump. Model CENTRAL series are made completely of chrome nickel steel.

Optipress XPro 5 HL
This is our totally new compact model fruit press designed to handle any type of soft freshly pulped fruit or enzymed fruit or vegetables to produce high quality fruit juices. The press is self contained, pneumatically operated and only requires single phase power and a single operator. Filling capacity is up to 700 kgs per batch and typically yields up to 80% of juice.
The XPro 5 press has been developed as a logical replacement or upgrade machine for the traditional apple pack presses or smaller batch systems typically used for cider and freshly pressed juices.

Fruit Pulping Mills
High performance all stainless steel centrifigal type fruit pulping mill with interchangeable pulp screens to suit many types of fruit and vegetables. This unit has a powerful 5.5 kw 3-phase motor and a capacity of up to 4 tonnes per hour. This is the ideal unit to be used for medium sized apple and noni fruit processing prior to pressing in our hydropress or optipress units.
