SERIES 6 - All new GAI range of 6-in-one bottling machines encompassing rinsing of bottles, deaeration and gas flushing of bottles, filling, gas injection, corking and screw/ crown capping. Monobloc's are the ideal way of ensuring that bottles are cleaned, filled and capped within the shortest possible path. Single machines cannot achieve this! This option is the preferred route by discerning wineries and contract bottlers who care about wine.
Modern technology guarantees quality bottling at extrememly low oxygen pick-up levels! Models range from 300 - 1.000 bph up to 600 - 3.000 bph.

GAI Models 4003A 5003A 6003A Monobloc Rinser/Filler/Corker
The "A" Series from GAI, offers high speed rotary type machines with capacities up to 12,000 bottles per hour. Machines have 2 stage rinsing, with or without rotary evacuation and gas injection prior to filling, precision filling, with or without rotary gas injection prio to closing, and a veriety of closure types on rotary turrets (multi-head corking turret with vacuum control/ rotary screw capping for STELVIN and STELVIN Lux screw caps/ crown capping etc.) for premium results. Electric bottle height adjustment, speed control, automatic CIP and centralised lubrication. Other models with gassing and level control are also available.

GAI SERIES 1 - Models 1001, 1301, 1601, 2001, 2501 & 3001 Monobloc Deaerator/Filler/Corker
SERIES 1 From GAI - Capacities ranging from 300-1,000 to 600-3,000 bottles per hour - 5 models available. The typical advantages of a monobloc are as follows: synchronisation, quiet operation, simplicity, size and economy- cheaper to buy and to use. This model incorporates a bottle air evacuation and gas injection station, followed by low vacuum filling and high vacuum corking with gas injection.
The corking station can be substituted with a STELVIN screw capping station!

GAI Monobloc 1000, 1300, 1600, 2000, 2500 & 3000
SERIES 0 - All new range with capacities 300-1.500 through to 600-3.000 bottles per hour. Filling and corking are operations that cannot be separated so the ideal solution is a single monobloc machine that carries out both functions. This is the ideal entry level fully automatic filler corker for small to medium wineries. Filling takes places under low vacuum and the corker includes high vacuum and gas injection. The corker colummn can be substituted with a STELVIN scew capper!
