Semi - automatic empty bottle depaletiser to suit bottling lines 3000 bph - 8000 bhp.
This low cost unit consists of a pneumatic bottle gripping unit mounted on a moving S/S supporting mobile frame and a full width bottle conveying table.
A single operator can effortlessly handle bottle layer transfers at up to 1 layer per minute.
Only the outer plastic covering and layer boards and the pallet base must be manually handled as the operator simply directs the machine to do the other functions by remote control.
