URPINAS Automatic Neck Freezer

The Talleres Urpinas G-20 and G30 Automatic neck freezers with automatic discharge are ideally suited for productions from 800 bph.

The rectangular freezer can be supplied with or without the refrigeration unit.

Built entirely from Stainless Steel, the unit has the following data:

• Designed for manual loading and automatic unloading.
• The holed trays for 9 bottles are made of polyethylene and they move forward sliding along plastic guides.
• The return of the trays is performed by a manipulating arm that moves along the length of the machine and takes the tray that was emptied in the unloading area back to the loading position.
• Manual adjustment of the freezing liquid level, up to a maximum of 30 mm.
• The freezer tank is completely closed when the trays are full of bottles, which reduces cold loss to a minimum.
• Safety barriers in the manual loading area.
• The mechanical unloader holds the bottles by suction pads; the arm rotates and puts the bottles on an inclined plane for the disgorging operation.

URPINAS Disgorging Units

THe Tallers Urpinas L-400 and L-800 units are the entry level disgorging units without neck freezing from URPINAS, desgined for cpacities from 400 - 800 bph.

The units have the following features:

DISGORGING GROUP
• Two (1 for L400) pneumatic systems for disgorging.
• Two  (1 for L400) crown top and plug closing and control systems.
• The ice plugs escape through an opening located in front of the bottles towards a carriage container at the rear of the machine.


EMPTYING GROUP
• Two (1) emptying channels using inert gas compression, with the bottle held by the neck, in a closed, inclined position.
• Emptying level adjustment system.
• Circuit for the collection of removed wine to be used during the filling operation.


LIQUOR DISPENSING GROUP
• Two (1) standard 0-6 cl dispensers.
• Dosing of the bottle in a closed, inclined position, moving the dispensing system towards the bottle, in order to reduce the liquor path length.
• Adjustable emptying speed for each dispenser.
• An adjustable stop enables the two dispensers to be adjusted at the same time.
• Each dispenser has an individual regulation system to equalise the volume between them.
• Dosing system patented by our company. In other dosing systems, when the wine is nervous, the liquor can produce a reaction when it enters the bottle that could raise the dispenser pistons, allowing part of the wine and liquor to spill out, producing an incorrectly dispensed bottle. Our dispensers include degassing valves that prevent the dispenser piston from being raised, therefore they guarantee the dosing of the exact quantity of liquor in each bottle.


FILLING SYSTEM
• Two (1) fillings channels with the bottles held by the neck in a closed, inclined position.
• Filling level adjustment system.
• System patented by our company. It is characterised by a controlled inert gas atmosphere in the filling tank that forces the wine down in the bottle, displacing the air contained in the neck, achieving a perfect level, without having to reduce the production pace according to whether the wine is nervous or not, and without having to refill manually.
• A pneumatic arm with suction pads takes the bottles onto the conveyor belt.

GAI ISO and BEER Counter Pressure Monoblocks

THe GAI ISO and BEER series of filling monoblocks are designed for filling of carbonated products such as sparkling wine, frizzantes and beers.

The ISO series features the latest technology including sinlge pre-evacuation and gassing, coupled with the required closure turret (cork, crown cap, etc.).

For the series BEER the machines feature a double pre-evacuation system in line with modern beer filling technology.
