GAI Models 5106-5118 Exterior Bottle Washer/ Driers

Capacities 600-3,000 to 2,000-10,000 bottles per hour. In line automatic washing by rotating brushes. The drying station handles the following operations- drying of the bottle by means of the simultaneous action of a wiper and powerful jet of air. Perfect high speed bottle washing and drying for bin stored sparkling and still wines.

GAI 5104 Exterior Bottle Washer/Drier

Capacity 500-2,000 bottles per hour. The GAITEC washing station caters for the following operations- brushing of the bottom, top and body of the bottle by means of a central rotating brush kept wet by a jet of water. Drying consists of a 4-place turntable with rotating platforms bottle pressure heads, air jet for the neck, wipers for the body and jets for the bottle base.
