APE Trio

The all NEW APE Trio is the world's first truly compact carton errecting, packing and sealing machine for small output bottling lines. Not only is the APE Trio compact in design (only 2,2m (l) x 1,5 (w)) but it is also very affordable.

Designed to operate at speeds of 3.000 bottles per hour, or 250 carton @ 12 / 500 cartons @ 6 per hour. The unit is constructed from stainless steel throughout and is controlled by a PLC.

FILLPACK Accumulation / Delay table

Ever had the need for a buffer table during bottling? The Fillpack table is an automated and affordable buffer/ delay table. When production machines stop downstream, up-stream machines can keep going. Excess bottles are automatically diverted onto the buffer table. Once the downstream machine becomes operational again, normal production can resume and the buffer table will gradually feed bottles back onto the production line.
